✻Born as Edoardo’s Place in 1985, the restaurant was just a small room with fishnets hanging from the walls. The new addition to 7 Mile Beach became a very popular Trattoria back then when there were not very many eating establishments in the Cayman Islands. Still located in the same place today, Edoardo’s is the oldest restaurant in the heart of the Seven Mile Beach, and is just minutes away from The Ritz Carlton Grand Cayman and Westin Casuarina Resort, and is within walking distance from the beautiful beaches of Cayman.

✻Over the years Edoardo’s Restaurant has seen a few different owners, with the most recent proprietors being Brian Corroyer and Angelo Giuzio who took over in the summer of 2014. What started back then as a conversation between friends about acquiring the restaurant for themselves has developed into the authentic place we all know and love today ! The menu still includes signature dishes that previous executive chefs have brought to the restaurant that have become house specialties, ensuring that Edoardo’s remains a favourite of many of our clientele and keeps them coming back for more.
FINE CUISINE, GREAT ATMOSPHERE
✻Over the past 8 years they have continually expanded and improved this heritage, focusing on a fine Italian cuisine with a touch of Caribbean flavours paired with a choice of wines from all-around the world, served in the air-conditioned restaurant that can comfortably seat 100 diners. It now also boasts a dynamic bar called Barolo Lounge, a comfortable outdoor patio where one can enjoy a cigar accompanied with a fantastic cocktail.
